Binfield Cricket Club

I am a big hitting middle order batsman. I also like to bowl a bit of pace and can sometimes bowl some leg spin. I like fielding especially in the covers, in close or out on the boundary. I would say I am quiet a good fielder got a good pair of hands and an all right throw.  

Right hand bat, right arm bowler. Aspirations of being a wicket keeper....Always injured.

Rarely seen nowadays on the cricket pitch , but enjoys batting and throwing himself around in the covers ( even if the ball is not in proximity ! ) , legs not moving as fast as brain tells them to go. Officially the world's slowest bowler..

Head of the BBC Colt Section, often found in the nets giving throw downs to anyone who wants them. Right arm swing bowler who once got the 'yips' during an over......it was a very very long over!

Left hand opening bat, Berkshire U15 player. Rumoured to be the master mind behind the 'Great Mars Bar and Crunchie Robbery' of '09.*

Club Treasurer. Has the ability to stop the ball with his shins and feel no pain! Hits the ball to parts of the ground when it should be physically impossible! General all round good egg.

Big ol' bloke. Bit of a golden arm, gets lots of wickets with bad balls and belts the occasional run.

Known as Ram. Primarily a batsman who takes a little time to get into some kind of form. Usually hits form a day after the league season ends.

Chairman, been playing at Binfield since 1923! Seems that long anyway. I've had the privelage of playing at the club for may summers and with some very talented players and although slow, development of the club is always positive. I look forward to a few more playing years yet and seeing the club grow into a top quality village one.

A bit slow in the field, can't throw, can't catch, can't bat. Take the occasional wicket
